General

The Friends group consists of people like YOU - people of all ages who appreciate the beauty of Flinders Ranges National Park. It provides an opportunity for those who want a way to give something back to a place which offers so much to generations of visitors in many different ways.

You may wish to become involved as an active member, taking part in a variety of working bees. Or, if not, at least you can be sure that your membership fee is helping with our work.

We don’t only work - though that is fun too, with a real sense of accomplishment!  Sometimes we have a special outing to reward ourselves for what we have achieved

We have our monthly meetings on the third weekend of the month at the old Wilpena Station or Oraparinna Shearers Quarters. We arrive Friday afternoon and leave on Monday morning.

Memberships for Individuals and Families are currently $20.00/year.
